Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of facilities, servicescape and service quality on the level of visitor satisfaction at Guci Tegal Hot Springs. This study uses a quantitative method called positivism because it is based on the philosophy of positivism which is suitable for proof. With a research sample of 100 respondents selected by purposive sampling technique. The research instrument uses a questionnaire. The data analysis techniques used in this study are descriptive statistics, instrument testing, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and t-test. The results of the study showed that the facilities variable had a positive effect on visitor satisfaction. For the servicescape variable, the results have a significant positive effect on visitor satisfaction. Then for the service quality variable, the results obtained have a significant positive effect on visitor satisfaction.
