This study aims to identify and find empirical evidence of the effect of institutional ownership, financial performance, firm size, and independent board of commissioners on firm value. The sample used in this study is a Health Sector listed on the IDX for the period 2019-2021. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 65 samples that met the criteria. The data analysis technique is multiple regression analysis. The firm value criteria in this study were measured using Price To Book Value (PBV). Based on the research results, it can be concluded that financial performance and independent board of commissioners have a positive effect on firm value. In contrast, institutional ownership and firm size has no effect on firm value.
