Abstract This research aimed to find out the correlation between parenting and
self-control in the digital era at BA Aisyiyah Gandatapa. A mixed-method was
used as a type of this research. The subjects of this research are parents at BA
Aisyiyah Gandatapa. The data collection method used in this research were
questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis used a combination approach
with Embedded Mixed Method design. The results of this research showed that
there is a correlation between parenting and self-control in the digital era at BA
Aisyiyah Gandatapa. The average score results of the questionnaire from 30
respondents are 22, the deviation value obtained was 2,56. So the value results of
t-count are obtained -35 dan t-table obtained is 1,69 with an alpha of 0,05. Along
with this, the hypothesis obtained in this study is that Ha is accepted and Ho is
rejected because of the value of t-table t-count. So, it can be interpreted that
hypothesis Ha is the correlation between parenting and self-control in the digital
era at BA Aisyiyah Gandatapa. The data from interviews and questionnaires
showed that there is a correlation between parenting and self-control in the
digital era at BA Aisyiyah Gandatapa.
