This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, board of commissioners, independent board of commissioners, managerial ownership, and environmental performance on corporate social responsibility. The population used in this study are mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in year 2016-2019. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling technique. The data sample obtained are 40 annual report data that had met the criteria. Analysis of the data used is multiple regression analysis by SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that profitability, board of commissioners, independent board of commissioners, and managerial ownership have no effect on corporate social responsibility. Meanwhile, environmental performance has a positive and significant effect on corporate social responsibility.
