Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competence, work discipline, work environment, and job satisfaction on the performance of village officials in Mrebet District. This research is a quantitative research using a questionnaire of 128 respondents in the village apparatus of Mrebet District. The sampling technique used is using cluster random sampling technique. The data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive statistical analysis, instrument test, classical assumption test, data analysis test, model fit test and hypothesis testing. The results of the study indicate that competence, work discipline, work environment and job satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. Competence partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
