The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction, work
environment, and work characteristics on employee performance. The sample
selection in this study used nonprobability sampling with a convenience sampling
technique. Based on the criteria, obtained as many as 110 respondents who
became the sample in this study. The data analysis technique used in this research
is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that job
satisfaction, work environment, and work characteristics have a positive and
significant effect on employee performance.
