The role of Human Resources (HR) is very important for an organization to carry out its activities and is a determinant of the success of an organization that is being run. Therefore, the organization must prepare a strong strategy in order to maintain its vision and mission so as to achieve the desired goals. There are various factors that affect the performance of detective members, including discipline, leadership style, work performance, motivation, and compensation. This study aims to determine the factors that affect the performance of detective members. This type of research is quantitative by using proportional random sampling method. The number of samples used is 72 people. The results of the study indicate that discipline, leadership style, work performance, motivation, compensation, performance of investigators. Discipline, leadership style, work performance, motivation and compensation factors affect the performance of detective members.
