This study aims to examine the effect of firm size, firm growth, leverage, and public share ownership on corporate social responsibility disclosure. The population in this study are mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2017–2020. The sample in this study were 35 mining companies with 140 data listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) selected using the purposive sampling method. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear analysis. The results based on the hypothesis that have been tested show that company size has a positive effect on corporate social responsibility disclosure, while company growth, leverage, and public share ownership have no effect on corporate social responsibility disclosure
