Abstract
This research to examine the effect of free cash flow, leverage, liquidity, and firm
size on dividend policy. The population in this study are food and beverage
companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2020. The sample
selection used purposive sampling technique and obtained 17 companies, with a
total of 79 data. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis
SPSS application. The result of this study indicates that free cash flow and liquidity
has a positive effect on dividend policy, while leverage and firm size don’t have
effect on dividend policy.
