This descriptive qualitative research focused and aimed to describe the forms
of speech impoliteness of random players in the recording of Player Unknown Battle
Ground (PUBG) online video games. The methods used to collect the data were
observation and taking notes. The data were analyzed by watching the video first, then
selecting the speeches which contained the forms of language impoliteness. The
method used in this research was the identity method and the instrument was the table
of data classification with laptops and books as the supporting instruments.
Meanwhile, the data were analyzed using meaning analysis with the existing theory.
Data identification was done to determine the collected data and then to categorize
and present based on the forms of language impoliteness in the classification and
description table. The results found 84 data containing language impoliteness
consisting of levity, mocking faces, harassing faces, threatening faces, and removing
faces.
