Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of easiness, trustworthiness, product reviews, and quality of information on purchase decisions. The data collection tool used in this study was a questionnaire. The population in this study was students in Purwokerto who made purchase decisions at Shopee. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling that generated 120 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple regression analysis. Based on the partial test, the results showed that easiness, trustworthiness, product reviews and information quality have a positive effect on purchase decisions. While based on simultaneous tests, easiness, trust, product reviews, and information quality have a positive effect on purchase decisions.
