The purpose of this study is to analyze and test the effect of managerial
ownership, institutional ownership, board diversity, profitability, and firm size on
firm value. The samples selection in this study employed the purposive sampling
technique. Based on the criteria, there were 28 companies with a total sample of
140. The data analysis techniques used in this study are descriptive statistics,
classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, model feasibility tests,
and hypothesis tests. The results of the analysis showed that managerial
ownership has no effect on the firm value, institutional ownership has no effect on
the firm value, board diversity has no effect on the firm value, profitability has a
significant positive effect on the firm value, and firm size has no effect on the firm
value.
