This research is entitled The Hard Work Value of the Main Character in Bidadari untuk Dewa Novel by Asma Nadia. The purpose of this research is to describe the value of hard work done by the main character in Bidadari untuk Dewa Novel by Asma Nadia. This was qualitative descriptive research using a literary psychology approach. The data were quotes or texts that describe the value of the main character's hard work in Bidadari untuk Dewa Novel by Asma Nadia. The data source in this research was Bidadari untuk Dewa Novel by Asma Nadia. Reading and note-taking techniques were used to obtain the data. Based on the results of data analysis, the researcher concludes that Bidadari untuk Dewa novel by Asma Nadia has the value of hard work in the form of: 1) showing sincerity in carrying out tasks / work despite facing difficulties, 2) trying to find solutions to problems, and 3) devoting abilities/powers to complete tasks and responsibilities.
