Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of environmental performance, leverage, and the board of commissioners on corporate social responsibility. The independent variables used in this study are environmental performance, leverage, and the board of commissioners. The sependent variables in this study corporate social responsibility. The data collection method uses secondary data in annual reports that have published by minning companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2020. The sampling techniques in this study is performance variables has a positive effect on sorporate social responsibility. Leverage has no effect on corporate social responsibility. The board of commisioners has no effect on corporate social responsibility.
