The purpose of this research aims to analyze and explain the effect of job
satisfaction, work discipline, and compensation on the performance of employees of
PT. Eye Rich Purbalingga. This research uses a quantitative approach. The
sampling technique uses purposive sampling method and Slovin formula. The
research used a questionnaire with the number of respondents, 92 permanent
employees of PT. Eye Rich Purbalingga. The analysis uses validity test, classic
assumption test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test, ttest,
and f test. From the results of the research showed that job satisfaction, work
discipline, and compensation had a significant effect both partially and
simultaneously.
