Abstract

The quantitative research to determine and analyze the effect of Dividend
Policy, Leverage and Inflation on Abnormal Return. Independent variables in this
research are Dividend Policy, Leverage and Inflation, while dependent variable is
Abnormal Return. Data analysis method used purposive sampling obtained 138
companies of manufacturing company listed in Indonesia Stock Excange during
2018-2020. The result showed Dividen Policy, Leverage has no positive on
Abnormal Return, while Inflation has a negative on Abnormal Return.
