Technology management is very helpful for public service actors in making decisions in government operations such as administrative activities, services, and in processing personnel data. The government needs a reliable media, so that it can be used as a guide in carrying out planning and control activities. This thesis research discusses the development of personnel applications from similar applications but the existing features are incomplete. This thesis research is also expected to provide input for other application developers and related parties regarding the importance of developing an information system to help improve the quality of the personnel service system.
