This research is entitled Rewarding as an Effort to Improve Students Learning Motivation in TK Pertiwi 2 Kedungpring. The purpose of this research is to improve the learning motivation of pre-school students by giving rewards to students in TK Pertiwi 2 Kedungpring. This research was motivated by the low level of students learning motivation of TK Pertiwi 2 Kedungpring. This was a Classroom Action Research (CAR) which consisted of 2 cycles containing 3 meetings in each cycle in the academic year of 2021/2022 with the number of research subjects of 13 children consisting of 8 boys and 5 girls. Initial conditions showed that 69% of the number of children had low learning motivation. In cycle I and cycle II after giving reward was implemented, it got a very significant improvement from the initial study to cycle II. Indicators of success category in each meeting had been determined previously, namely Very Well Developed (BSB) with 3 children, Developed as expected (BSH) with 7 children, Started to Develop (MB) with 2 children, Underdeveloped category (BB) with only a child. Therefore, only a kid needed to have the betterment for his learning motivation.
