This research aimed to examine the effect of leverage, growth opportunity, intellectual capital, and investment decisions on firm value. The population in this study are property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2016-2020. The sample selection used purposive sampling technique and obtained 26 companies as sample with 130 observational data. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis SPSS application. The result of this study indicate that intellectual capital has a positive effect on firm value. Meanwhile, leverage, growth opportunity, and investment decisions don’t effect on firm value.
