This study examines the physical spatial changes in Sokaraja Kulon Village, Sokaraja Sub-district, Banyumas Regency. This study aimed to determine changes in the use of built-up land in 2010 and 2020. This study takes the population in the form of land use using a purposive sampling technique which has changed over the 10 years period. Data collection techniques used observation, and data analysis techniques used qualitative methods of multi temporal analysis, zoning of peri-urban areas, and building density. The results showed that about 20.1 Ha of agricultural land had changed into buildings or settlements and vacant land, for the change in the land, the building itself experienced an expansion of 18.17 Ha, or also experienced an expansion from 2010 to 2020 around 10.32% or every 1 year expands 1%. It can be proven by the addition of new residential buildings, new industries, and services, with a building density of 8.4 units/ha in 2020. Then it was known that the land use of Sokaraja Kulon Village was entered based on the Peri-urban zone, the Village-City Frame Zone (Zobikodes).
