This study aims to determine the effect of earnings per share, debt to equity ratio and current ratio on stock prices with dividend policy as a moderating variable. This research was conducted on the LQ45 stock index during the 2018 - 2020 period. The population in this study were all LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2018 - 2020 time period. The number of samples in this study were 19 companies from 45 LQ45 companies that matched the criteria. based on purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with moderating variables. The results of this study indicate that earnings per share have a positive effect on stock prices, dividend policy is able to moderate the effect of earnings per share on stock prices and dividend policy is able to moderate the effect of the current ratio on stock prices, besides the results of this study also show that the debt to equity ratio and current ratio has no effect on stock prices, and dividend policy is not able to moderate the effect of debt to equity ratio on stock prices
