The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behavior. This type of research uses quantitative research. The population in this study were 132 employees of PLN UP3 Purwokerto. The sampling technique used in this study was a nonprobability sampling technique using an accidental sampling approach. The sample used in the study was 110 respondents to the employees of PLN UP3 Purwokerto. The data analysis technique used is validity test, reability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis test, determination coefficient test, F-test, t-test. The results of the analysis show that simultaneously and partially job satisfaction, organizational commitment and leadership have a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior.
