The aim of this study is to create Augmented Reality (AR) learning media to help junior high school students in improving their mathematical spatial ability on geometry material. The approach employed in this study was research and development, which was done in three stages. VIRTUAL GEOMETRY is the name of the Augmented Reality learning material developed in this study. Unstructured interviews, questionnaires, and exams were employed as data collection procedures, with sources of information coming from mathematics education professors, two junior high school teachers as content experts, and informatics engineering lecturers as media experts. In this study, descriptive qualitative analysis was employed to analyze the data. The findings revealed that the development of VIRTUAL GEOMETRY as a learning medium can be applied in the classroom and has a positive impact on the effectiveness of learning. The disadvantage of VIRTUAL GEOMETRY media, on the other hand, is that students must use an Android-based smartphone with a camera.
