The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership
variables, organizational culture, and work stress on nurse performance. This
type of research is quantitative research. Sampling in this study used purposive
sampling with a sample of 120 people. This study took the subject at the
Banjarnegara Islamic Hospital. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear
regression analysis test. The results of data analysis showed that the leadership
variable had a significant effect on nurse performance, organizational culture had
a significant effect on nurse performance, and work stress had no significant
effect on nurse performance. Based on the results of data analysis shows that the
most influential leadership variables on the performance of nurses in
Banjarnegara Islamic Hospital.
