This study aims to analyze and explain the effect of Organizational Citizen Behavior, Work Engagement and Individual Value on Employee Performance at Allam Medica Hospital Bumiayu. This research uses quantitative methods. Also, it usestotal population sampling techniques. To conduct the study, a total of 108 questionnaires is distributed to the employees of Allam Medica HospitalBumiayu. For the data analysis, this research applies the multiple linear regression test and the t-test. Finally, the analysis shows that the variable Organizational Citizen Behavior, Work Engagement and Individual Value surely have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at Allam Medica Hospital Bumiayu.
