This study aimed to examine the effect of profitability, sales growth and firm size on stock prices with capital structure as an intervening variable in consumer goods sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange during 2015-2019. The sample in this study amounted to 20 companies, where the sampling technique used purposive sampling so that the total sample was 100. The sampling technique used descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, multiple linier regression and hypothesis testing. The result of this study showed that profitability has a significant negative effect on capital structure, sales growth and firm size has a significant positive effect on capital structure. Then, profitability has a significant positive effect on stock prices, sales growth has a significant negative effect on stock prices, while firm size and capital structure has a significant positive effect on stock prices. The result also showed that capital structure is able to mediate the effect of profitability, sales growth and firm size on stock prices.
