This research aims to find the effect of each variable studied, namely the analysis of the influence of security, trust, consumer motivation and price perception on Tokopedia online shop purchase decisions on FEB students at Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto and Jenderal Soedirman University. This Research uses purposive sampling method with 110 samples based on determined criteria. The questionnaire is used as a tool for data collection. The population in this research is Tokopedia online shop customer at FEB students at UMP and UNSOED. The research methods used in this research are the validity test, reliabllity test, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determinant, and hypotesist testing. The results of this Research reveal that security, trust, consumer motivation and price perception both simultaneously and parially have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.
