Abstract
This study aimed to determine the effect of motivation, job satisfaction, and work discipline toward the employee performance. The population in this study is employees of RSUD Dr. Soedirman Kabupaten Kebumen and samples of this study were 96 employees obtained by purposive sampling method. Data analysis used in this study was validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and also hypothesis test. The partial analysis result showed that motivation and work discipline have no effect toward the performance, and job satisfaction has an effect toward the performance. The result of F test also shown that motivation, job satisfaction, and work discipline have simultaneously effect toward the performance. The research implications is for RSUD Dr. Soedirman Kabupaten Kebumen.
