This research aims to analyze the effect of motivation, work morale and work discipline on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Wijaya Cilacap Regency either partially or simultaneously. The population in this research were permanent employees of Regional Drinking Water Company Tirta Wijaya Cilacap Regency, which maybe 196 people. The sampling technique in this research used purposive sampling technique, namely the technique of determining the sample with certain considerations or criteria where the criteria are permanent employees so that 132 samples were obtained in this research. This type of research is quantitative research using primary data in the form of a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of this research indicate that motivation partially has a significant positive effect on employee performance at Regional Drinking Water Company Tirta Wijaya Cilacap Regency. Morale partially has a significant positive effect on employee performance at Regional Drinking Water Company Tirta Wijaya Cilacap Regency. Work discipline partially has a significant positive effect on employee performance at Regional Drinking Water Company Tirta Wijaya Cilacap Regency. Motivation, morale and work discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Regional Drinking Water Company Tirta Wijaya Cilacap Regency.
