Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of leadership, supervision, compensation and organizational commitment variables on the work discipline of employees of the production department of PT. Royal Korindah Purbalingga. This type of research is quantitative research. The number of samples were 101 respondents. Sampling in this study using the Slovin formula, using accidental sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this study is the test of multiple linear regression analysis, t test and F test. The results of the t test analysis concluded that partially showed that leadership, supervision, compensation and organizational commitment significantly influence employee work discpline. F test concluded that simultaneously leadership, supervision, compensation and organizational commitment significantly influence the work discpline of employees of the production department of PT. Royal Korindah Purbalingga.
