This study aims to examine the effect of intellectual capital, institutional ownership, and company size on firm value. The data used is the annual financial statements of property, real estate and building construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2018. Samples were taken using purposive sampling technique, with the acquisition of a total sample of 200 observations. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that intellectual capital and institutional ownership have no effect on firm value, while firm size has a positive effect on firm value.
