This research was conducted to determine the growth response and yield of melon (Cucumis melo L.) on variations in the concentration of chitosan and doses of potassium fertilizer. The study was conducted for 65 days with a 2-factor randomized block design (RAK) repeated 3 times. The data collected in this study are summarized in the form of the mean and standard deviation. The mean difference of the treatment combinations was analyzed using one-way analysis of variance (One Way ANOVA). The average treatment combination was further tested with the DMRT (Duncan's Multiple Range Test) test with a statistical significance level of 5%. Data that does not meet the parametric assumptions on ANOVA will be tested with the Kruskal Wallis test. The combination of treatment with chitosan concentration and dose of potassium fertilizer had a significant effect on plant length, fresh stover weight, and fruit weight. The highest plant length (K2P2) was 128.8 cm, the highest fresh stover weight (K2P2) was 884.7 grams, and the highest fruit weight (K0P2) was 2.60 kg.
