Non-capitation funds are funds paid to puskesmas based on the type and amount of public health services provided. Preparation of this report is motivated by the existence of obstacles or obstacles that occur in the Regional Technical Implementation Unit of the Sampang Cilacap Health Center. Constraints to disbursement of funds from the Health Social Security Administering Body (BPJS) Non Capitation Regional Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD) SampangCilacap Health Center there are 5-10% of cases of claims for delayed disbursement of funds, one of the factors that causes obstacles in disbursing funds is the lack of time efficiency or accuracy time in the process of filing a claim. This final report aims to find out what are the Obstacles to the Disbursement of BPJS Non Capitation Funds at the UPTD of the Sampang Cilacap Health Center. Data collection techniques used in this research is to use the interview method and the method of documentation. Based on the results found from this study, the claim submission procedure at the UPTD Puskesmas Sampang has gone well and is in accordance with the Operating Standards (SOP), while the obstacles in the process of disbursing BPJS Non Capitation funds there are still several things that must be improved and optimized again to improve progress.
