Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of transformational leadership, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), and employee’s work
ethics in CV. Karya Purbaya. The sample of this research is all employees in CV.
Karya Purbaya which consists of 110 employees by using simple random sampling technique and the data are collected directly from the respondent with questionnaire as the research instrument. The data were analyzed using descriptive
statistics, classic assumption test, and double analysis regression. The result of this research revealed that transformational leadership variable, Organizational
Citizenship Behavior(OCB), and work ethics are simultaneously influential to the employees performance.
Partial analysis result shows that transformational
leadership has significant positive effect towards employees performance. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has a significant positive effect towards employees performance and Work ethics has positive but not significant effect towards employee performance.
