This study aims to examine the effect of job satisfaction, work discipline,
work motivation, and organizational citizenship behavior towards employee
performance Bank BTPN branch office Purwokerto. The populations in this study
were employees Bank BTPN branch office purwokerto. The selection of samples
in this study was conducted by saturated sample 91 employees were used as
samples and data obtained from respondents with research instruments using a
questionnaire. Based multiple linear regression analysis with R test, T test, and F
test, the results of this study showed that job satisfaction has a positive and
significant, work discipline has a positive and significant, work motivation has a
positive and significant, and organizational citizenship behavior has a negative
and not significant effect on employee performance Bank BTPN branch office
Purwokerto.
