Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, work discipline, and work involvement on employee performance at Surya Yudha Park. The sample used in this study were Surya Yudha Park employees as many as 170 respondents by using proportional accidental sampling technique. The analysis used is the F test, t test, and R² adjusted.
The results of this study based on the F test stated that organizational culture, work discipline, and work involvement had a significant effect on employee performance. Based on the t-test obtained: (a) Organizational Culture has a significant positive effect on employee performance. (b) Work discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance. (c) Job involvement has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Based on the coefficient of determination R² adjusted, it shows the magnitude of the influence of organizational culture, work discipline, and work involvement on employee performance by 31% while the remaining 69% is influenced by variables outside the research model.
