Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the analysis of the influence of Job Training, Work Spirit and Compensation on the performance of employees of PT Bima Multifinance Yogyakarta branch. This research uses quantitative research methods, the sampling technique uses purposive sampling. . The population in this study were employees of PT Bima Multifinance. The sample in this study was 150 respondents. The research method used in this study is validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, determination coefficient, t test, F test. The results of the analysis show that the training and workload and compensation variables are partially and simultaneously positive significant to Bima Finance Employe permonce.
