This study aims to determine the effect of the analysis of the influence of On The Job Training, Normative Organizational Commitment, Financial Compensation and Non-Financial Compensation on the performance of PT Majapura's production employees. This study uses quantitative research methods, sampling techniques using simple random sampling. The population in this study were employees of the production department of PT Majapura. The sample in this study was 250 respondents. The research method used in this research is validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, determination coefficient, t test, F test. The results of the analysis show that partially and simultaneously variable On The Job Training, Normative Organizational Commitment, Compensation Financial and non-financial compensation has a significant effect on employee performance.
