The purpose of this research was to analyze and explain the effect of organizational culture, work discipline, and job satisfaction on employee performance of Surya Yudha Park Banjarnegara. This research is a quantitative research using a questionnaire of 109 respondents in Surya Yudha Park Banjarnegara shift employees. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling method and Slovin formula. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test, t test and f test. The results of this research show that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and simultaneously organizational culture, work discipline and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
