Anaemia in pregnancy has a maternal death risk until 3,6 higher than non-anaemia pregnant women. The government has a program to decrease anaemia with at least 90 tablet of iron supplementation for pregnant women, but the prevalence of anaemia still in high level. One of the problem and becoming an unfinished agenda in the iron supplementation is when dispensing process. Dispensing process of iron tablet which is be combined with calcium supplementation has an interaction when it administered together. This study has aims to determine the correlation between time consumption of iron and calcium within anaemia in pregnancy. The design of this research is observational descriptive with cross sectional approach and retrospective study. Total pregnant women who were willing to be participant is 67 person. There is 20 participants (29,9%) with right time consumption and has a normal Hb value, and there is 24 participants (35,8%) that is not right about time consumption and has an anaemia. Statistic test value showed that p-value = 0,010 (<0,05), so it means that the time consumption of iron and calcium has a significancy correlation with anaemia in pregnancy in the northern part of Puskesmas Kabupaten Banyumas. Suggest for health workers to do counseling about the important of time consumption of iron and calcium supplementation.
