This study aims to measure how Profitability, Assets Structure, and Sales Growth influence Funding Decision that proxied with Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). The population in this study are property, real estate and building construction companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2014-2018 periods. Samples that used in this study were 160 observational data. Samples were taken using purposive sampling method. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linier regression analysis. The result showed that profitability have positive effect on DER. Assets Structure did not effect on DER, while Sales Growth did not effect on DER.
