Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the variable work-family conflict, workload, and non-financial compensation on employee turnover intentions. This type of research is quantitative research. Sampling in this study used a purposive sampling technique with a sample of 98 people. This study took the subjects at PT. Royal Korindah in Purbalingga. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis test. The results of data analysis show that the work-family conflict variable has a significant positive effect on employee turnover intention, workload has a significant positive effect on employee turnover intention, and non-financial compensation has a significant negative effect on employee turnover intention. Based on the results of data analysis it is known that the variable work-family conflict, workload and non-financial compensation affect the variable turnover intention.
