The quality of top management and controlling of top management is very important for every company. when the quality of management and controlling of it has done good, it will improve the firm performance. This study aims to mesure how Institutional Ownership, Female Board of Directors, and Experience of the Board of Directors influence Firm Performance that proxied with ROA. The population in this study are JII companies that listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014 - 2018. Sample were taken using purposive sampling method. The analytical method used in this study is multiple regression analysis. The result showed that Institutional Ownership did not effect ROA, while Female Board of Directors have negative effect on ROA, and Experience of the Board of Directors have possitive effect on ROA.
