Abstract

The development of sharia banking is interesting to study because it has its uniqueness and reflects sharia-based activities. Religiosity and service quality as an assessment and its relation to trust. This study aims to analyze the relationship of the level of religiosity, service quality to the interests in the decision to use Islamic banks either directly or mediated by trust. This research was conducted in Purwokerto, collecting data conducted with a questionnaire distributed to 120 respondents. The data is processed using the SPSS 24 program in 2018 and the sobel test. The results of this study can prove the conclusion of religiosity is not positive and significant to the trust in the quality of service significantly influences trust; religiosity of significant importance to shopping decisions; significant quality of service to the outcome of the decision; Significant trust in approval decisions; Trust does not mediate the relationship between religiosity towards decisions using Islamic banks; Trust mediates the relationship between service quality and decisions using Islamic banks.
