Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work conflict,
organizational culture, adn organizational commitment variables on employee
performance. This type of research is quantitative research. Sampling in this
study using purposive sampling with a sample size of 180 people. This study took
the subject at PT. Karya Adi Kencana Kebumen. Data analysis techniques used
are multiple linear regression analysis. The results of data analysis indicate that
the variable work conflict has a positive significant effect on employee
performance, organizational culture has a positive significant effect on employee
performance, and organizational commitment has a positive significant effect on
employee performance. Based on the results of data analysis shows that the
organizational culture variables that most influence the performance of employee
of PT. Karya Adi Kencana Kebumen.
