The aim of this research is to discover the influence PEMDA employes perception of the understanding of accrual-based regulation, the understanding of assets management, and intern control system toward the regional financial performance on Banyumas resident SKPD in 2019, Central Java, Indonesia. The populations in this research were 48 SKPD. The samples were taken using purposive sampling that resulted in 25 SKPD with 50 respondents’ data. This research was using multiple perception regression in SPSS software. Based on the result of the influence of the understanding of assets management and intern control system perception, the result is positively significant with the regional financial performance on Banyumas resident’s SKPD, while the understanding of accrual-based regulation is not influencing the regional financial performance on Banyumas resident’s SKPD.
