Abstract
This study aims to determine the rank levels, education, the ability of teachers to compile lesson plans, the ability to carry out learning, the relationship between teacher ranks and student learning outcomes, the relationship between teacher education and student learning outcomes, the relationship between the ability to compile lesson plans and student learning outcomes. , the relationship between the ability to carry out learning with the learning outcomes of students, the relationship together in rank, education, the ability to compile lesson plans, and carry out learning on student learning outcomes. This research includes survey research. The data in this study are primary and secondary data. Primary data is in the form of ranks, levels of education, the ability of Indonesian language teachers to prepare Learning Implementation Plans, the ability of teachers to implement learning, and secondary data in the form of student learning outcomes. The data source of this research is the Indonesian language teacher at SMP Subrayon 7. The research process was carried out using three stages, namely: (a) the data provision stage, which included questionnaires and documentation, (b) the data analysis stage, which included univariate, bivariate, and multivariate analysis. , (c) the stage of presenting the results of data analysis using the informal presentation method. The results of the research analysis were from the X1-X4 variables which had the most significant relationship with student learning outcomes, namely X4 or the ability to carry out learning.
