Abstract
This reseach entitled the influence of transformational leadership style, work dicipline, and compensation toward employees perfomance. This research is a quantitative. Independen variabel in this reseach are transformational leadership style, work dicipline, and compensation while the dependent variable is employee perfomance. The object of this reseach are production employees of PT Wahana Kasih Mulia Kedungreja, and obtained 105 sample respondents. The technique of collecting the data was random sampling and data analysis technique were validity and reliability test, classical asumption test, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis test. The result of the research show that partially transformational leadership style and compensation positive not significantly affected the employee perfomance. While partially work dicipline positive significantly affected the employee performance. Then simultaneously transformational leadership, work dicipline, and compensation have a significant positive effect on employee perfomance.
