Abstract
The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of motivation,
ambiguity of role and conflict of roles towards employee performance in
PERUMDAM Tirta Satria Banyumas Regency. The sample of this study was
perumdam Tirta Satria employees who numbered 241 employees using purposive
sampling techniques and data obtained from respondents with research instruments
using questionnaires. The research method used in this research is multiple
regression analysis. The results show that motivation, role ambiguity and role
conflict simultaneously affect employee performance. Then, partial analysis test
results show that motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee
performance, role ambiguity had a positive and significant effect on employee
performance and role conflict had a negative and significant effect on employee
performance.
