During this pandemic, learning has changed from face-to-face to online learning in Indonesia. The purpose of thisstudy is to describe the process of implementing online learning; describe the problems faced by teachers, effortsto overcome the problems in low grades; and analyze the problems faced by teachers. This research wasconducted at the SD Negeri Cintamanik 1 Tegal Regency. This type of research was qualitative research.
Observation, interviews, and documentation were the instruments used to collect data. The result of the researchindicated that the online learning process was carried out through WhatsApp. The problems in implementingonline learning in low grades were limited facilities, unstable internet connections, lack of assistance from parents.Efforts to overcome the problems faced by teachers, namely semi-online learning and student guardians toaccompany theirchildren inthe learningprocess. Theresults ofthe teacherproblem analysiswere limitedfacilities for both teachers and students and unstable internet network. Teachers should be able to establish agood relationship with the student's parents so that students can concentrate on learning.
